Mac Random Resets-- Etrecheck Code for Reference

A few days ago, my MacBook Air started spontaneously resetting. Thinking it may be the operating system, I updated to Big Sur 11.1 and found that it did not help. After resetting the PRAM, the SMC, and running the hardware test, So, at the recommendation of some peers, I downloaded EtreCheck and the report is below! Any insight or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

What is xpcroleaccountd? Do I have a problem? Recently my mac mini has started behaving strangely. After I shut it down for the evening, it restarts again during the night. In the morning it's up and running and their's a alert that the system had to restart due to a software malfunction. When I checked the activity monitor, I saw "xpcroleaccountd". There are only a few unresolved messages here about this. Has anyone gotten any farther?

Where can I download EtreCheck? There was a suggestion to run EtreCheck in order to diagnose my spinning beach ball and slow performance post installing Big Sur. I cannot find this app at the Apple store. EtreCheck shows kernel panics Hi All, I posted a few moments ago. But then read that EtreCheck is helpful, so I ran that. 2019 iMac 27 inch i9 3.6ghz 40GB RAM (32 GB OWC Third Party) Vega 48 512 SSD The computer crashes randomly, and restarts. In Mojave and Big Sur. It's almost unusable. Below is the EtreCheck Report
