The only way to run Windows in the Technical Preview is to sign up for Microsoft's Insider program and download the Windows 10 Client ARM64 Insider Preview VHDX file. The Parallels preview will recognize the file and create a Windows 10 on ARM virtual machine.

If you own an M1 Mac, you can request access to the Technical Preview here.

There are experimental/Beta version available, but these are not yet considered fully ready for Production.

Unless you are a Developer (or think like one) and are willing to take similar steps, you can't CURRENTLY run well-supported Windows on Apple-Silicon M1 Macs.

If your App can run using a API-translator like WINE, you might want to use that for now.

Run this Through a Virtual Machine:

Consider using a Virtual Machine (VM) to run Windows on your Mac. In Theory, a virtual machine is Windows-in-a-window. You would open items in it, and print right off of that. All would be accessed and would operate as desired on the VM. Virtual Machine applications include VMWare Fusion and ParallelsLearn more here: What Is a Virtual Machine? - VMware Support.
