Device unreachable

Hii

i got issue on transferring files from iphone to pc

i changed on setting of photo from automatice to keep it original but it still shows the same issue that device is unreachable .

what should i do next?

Can't import photos into Photos App (Catalina) I suddenly can't import photos from my iPhone (14 Pro & 7 Plus) or even Downloads Folder to Photos on Catalina. It was OK a few months ago, but is suddenly not working anymore.
