Duplicate user accounts

Again question - why would one want to duplicate a user account. Could understand creating another user account with whatever privileges the Administrator account wants or does not want, but Duplicate ??

Have to ask - Big Sur 11.3 Is Beta and can not be discussed on these forums. It is against the Condition and Rules Governing Beta Testing. If this is just a typo error and mean 11.2 - please clarify.
