Copy folder with music-and play that folder on iphone?

HI all

I need help. Moved from Android to iPhone. i have a compilation of songs, and i need to see that folder on my iPhone and play the songs contained in that folder...yet iTunes puts it in different albums according to the tags..Please? I simply need to see the folder that its created as on my PC on my iphone, select that folder with the songs in them...

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

Create a new empty playlist in iTunes with File > New > Playlist. Drag the songs from the folder into the playlist, Sync the playlist to your device.
