Telegram/Signal Voice/Video Calls not connecting using cellular data but works on wifi .I have tested using android to android on same cellular network with no problem. It only happens on cellular. I have tried using different provider as well. same issue . it always shows connecting....
Can someone please advice what to do ?

Thanks for the response .This behavior is not limited to telegram. It also occurs on Signal app.This i-phone is dual sim .After trying to troubleshoot , I can confirm that - Once we disable E-sim everything works normally as it is suppose to . All calls connect as well just like they are suppose to do. If we enable it , same problems start to arise . Looks like dual sim is confusing communications .

Contact the app vendor, as it appears there’s an issue with the app and dual-SIM configurations.

Telegram is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Telegram support
All of those apps are associated with a phone number. If you have both numbers enabled you need to make sure that that number is the primary number.
And that number is also the same number that Telegram is registered to, as you said. You might try checking with the app providers, although it does sound like an iPhone issue.
Thank You. I checked the configuration.The same number is set as primary calling and for data . Same issue persists .
