Unable to receive calls, callers get ‘User Busy’

Family recently moved carriers and all have new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Only my daughter can not receive calls. She can make calls and get/send text messages. When we call her we immediately receive a ’User Busy’ message. We have reset Airplane mode and checked her Don Not Disturb setting. HELP

Her network provider should help but she should reset network settings in Settings, General, Reset for a start.


Google the signal code for disabling call forwarding

For example for Verizon...
