I have tried all the suggestions listed but my daughters phone cannot make or receive calls. I’ve been to Vodafone and they said that it’s not at their end

I have my daughters phone linked up to my account. It used to work fine but recently can’t receive or make calls. It’s an iPhone 7

Optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

 

If you still don't have a 'service' after that, see -> iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues
