Mistakenly pressed forgotten this device

I accidentally hit “forget this device” on my Bluetooth settings for my headset. I even just tried resetting my network settings and it’s still not coming up. The headset is in pairing mode and I’ve tried a few other things I’ve found online but it still isn’t working. Please help.

Forget device bluetooth I pressed “forget this device” on my iPhone because I had a connection issue with my headphones. I use a Lightning - Jack cable to connect my headphones (old school jack ones). And the lightning - jack needs to be connected to Bluetooth in order to work. How can o find it again? I already did the “reset network”, but the device doesn’t appear. I can’t put it in “discovery mode” since it’s a cable. What can I do? Help!!!

How to repair a forgotten Bluetooth device While trying to pair my Bluetooth earbuds to someone else’s device, without knowing the consequences I clicked the “ forget device “ button. I assumed I could just repair it but I was wrong. I powered my phone off and on again, I’ve turned my Bluetooth off and on again, I have even tried resetting my network settings but it didn’t help. I’ve read other people’s discussions on this topic and the person just replied , “ put the device in pairing mode” but these earbuds of mine are always in pairing mode and there is no way to turn it of or on besides putting them in the case and taking them out again ( which I have tried ). I just got these earbuds and don’t want them to go to waste. I thought about resetting all settings but I would like to know the list of content that would be reset during the process. Please Help! The earbuds are called Jbl 220 wireless earbuds.
