Airpod Warranty question

I have pair of 1st gen airpods that i bought 4 months ago and the right headphone stopped working. Would the warranty be able to replace it or would i have to pay out of pocket? I also dont have the receipt from 4 months ago

3) Full reset: Reset your AirPods

4) Service: AirPods Service and Repair
