Keyboard Lag NOT fixed in iOS 14.4

And I the only one still having major keyboard lag on iOS 14.4 that was supposed to have a fix for it?

my key strokes get slower and slower over time until it actually makes my entire phone unresponsive.

I have to hard reboot it to fix it but that is only temporary.

happens on apps, messages, anything that requires the keyboard.
