Britbox App Logged Itself Out; Now Can't Log In

I own an Apple TV running tvOS 14.3.


I purchased a Britbox subscription through this Apple TV.


I see the subscription in the settings>user accounts>subscriptions. It is current. (I also looked at my iTunes account and it, too, says my account is current.)


On Saturday, Britbox logged itself out.


Now I can't figure out how to log back in. There is no iTunes option on the log in page.


I deleted and reinstalled the Britbox app but still can't see any log in page.


I can't go to the Britbox support page on their website since I signed up through Apple.


What should I do????

Yes, I read that. As I said, that simply means that you are being billed through Apple. However, you are still using the BritBox app and are subscribed to their service. Therefore, you would still be reaching out to them for any issues encountered with logging in through their app.


If you wanted to bypass that then you would subscribe through the Apple TV app, where that content is then hosted by Apple.
