Britbox App Logged Itself Out; Now Can't Log In
I own an Apple TV running tvOS 14.3.
I purchased a Britbox subscription through this Apple TV.
I see the subscription in the settings>user accounts>subscriptions. It is current. (I also looked at my iTunes account and it, too, says my account is current.)
On Saturday, Britbox logged itself out.
Now I can't figure out how to log back in. There is no iTunes option on the log in page.
I deleted and reinstalled the Britbox app but still can't see any log in page.
I can't go to the Britbox support page on their website since I signed up through Apple.
What should I do????
