Screen time on apple watch??

So i reset my apple watch fully and for some reason now that its all loaded up everything is grey and i cant do anything without it saying theres downtime.

You will have to adjust the Screen Time settings on your iPhone or other device. Downtime applies to all of your Screen Time-enabled devices. See:

Well hey, I can't get Downtime to even turn on on my kids' Apple Watches now, so if we could somehow combine our problems, maybe we might have watches that actually work correctly.
