How can I transfer album art work from iTunes to Music--in bulk, not per individual album?

There isn't a mechanism for this as the two apps use a different artwork cache structure. However if you embed artwork in all your tracks in iTunes then Music should work it out. See https://dougscripts.com/itunes/scripts/ss.php?sp=reembedartwork.
