MBP16 Popping Sound

Can someone help shed light on the latest updates on the speaker popping on the late 2019 MBP16 laptops? I am on Big Sur 11.2 and the issue is happening on a daily basis now.

Any update or link to a support article will be appreciated.

PS: I've looked and tried a number of the suggestions on this and other boards, nothing has worked so far.
