Do I have a chance of having malware on my iPhone 11 Pro?

I got a message for one of this scams, that i have virus and stuff, and a message pop up saying that i have to do something fast, i clicked “okay” but i close the window after that, i did not downloaded anything and did not buy any services. Just for clicking that “okay” buttom i have chance of having a malware on my iPhone 11 Pro? Please answer me, i’m freakin out by this
