Apps aren’t disappearing from phone when I try and delete them

I try deleting apps from my phone, they only get removed from my Home Screen and are still visible on my phone... how do I delete apps so they disappear from my phone?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Delete Apps? Watch the GIF below, ignore the first part where Screen Time restriction is removed. Probably you do not have one.
