just had my machine back after a massive logic board failure.
I had all my user library backed up online with Backblaze but wondering where I can find my key commands and logic prefs?
any ideas?

The Logic prefs contain your custom Key Commands. They were located in the hidden Users/<your name>/Library/Preferences folder. The file is com.apple.logic10.plist. Unless it was specifically saved or you have a Time Machine backup, the file is lost.
