Messages not delivering

I’m trying to send messages to my girlfriend but there not delivering, it’s only having this problem with her contact. I’ve tried shutting down my phone, restarting it. She didn’t block me, or her phones not turned off. It’s been like this for a week and happened randomly. I don’t know what can fix it, I have good signal and tried everything Google has recommended. Please help
