Fitness instruction videos on TV

I just subscribed to 3 months of free Fitness+ came with Apple Watch.

How can I watch Apple Fitness+ instruction videos on TV?

It doesn't mirror from iPhone or iPad.

Frustrated :(

Since I don’t have Apple TV or any other end device that supports AirPlay , I am limited to use the Fitness + in my iPhone and it is not practical due to small display. Future option to launch Fitness+ session from Apple TV without Watch? Will there be an option to launch an Apple TV Fitness+ session without the watch, or is this new feature going to remain only on iPhone/iPad? I use the Apple TV almost exclusively, so I'm hopeful that the non-watch option becomes available there too. Thank you.

Apple Fitness+ I have a brand new iPhone 12, a brand new apple 6 watch. I want to register for Apple fitness+ but I don’t see that app on my Apple TV + app on my Sony tv. Do I have to have a Apple TV box to run the fitness app. Can I stream Apple fitness+ from my iPhone or iPad thx

You need an Apple Tv device at the moment to do that.

Apple Fitness+ compatibility.

Apple Fitness+ requires Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 7.2 or later and one of the following Apple devices: iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14.3 or later, iPad with iPadOS 14.3or later, or Apple TV with tvOS 14.3 or later.
