Apple wireless keyboard (a1314) some keys combination doesn't work

Hi, I have problem with my wireless keyboard A1314 - on multiple devices, the same problem.

Some of the keys combinations doesn't work. I checked key stroke input with Keyboard viewer and all of keyboards work perfectly. But when I try use some of key combinations (for example shift + i, shift + upper row with numbers, etc.) I see no input in Keyboard viewer. (funny issue - left shift + i doesn't work, but right shift + i work perfectly, but sometimes left shift work fine).

I guess, it's some kind of firmware issue (same troubles in multiple devices). Is there any way how to reset firmware? Or any help?
