The device does not respond to “touch” on screen. I cannot enter my passcode, I cannot turn off iPad for a hard reset. Prior to being “locked out” the response to touch was sluggish. I started process for hard reset and that is when it quit responding. I have an Air 2 iPad with the latest software update.
