Thanks for going through those steps and the update on the issue. At this point, you would want to try and repair the disk with First Aid in Disk Utility. Use these steps: How to repair a Mac disk with Disk Utility


If the repair is successful, restart and see if you can boot normally. If you can't, you'll want to reinstall the operating system: How to reinstall macOS


If the repair was not successful, there may be a hardware issue. At that point, reach out to Apple Support for next steps or have it inspected. Use the two links below.
