my iphone 12 pro max fell from about 10 feet with a case and screen protector.

i am worried about the internal damage of my phone and would like to know if my phone will be ok.

Probably not.

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
