My credit card expired for my Apple payments, when I try to update the payment there is no arrow on the side to click on to let me change credit card. It only allowed me to change the shipping address. How do I remove old credit card and put in a new one? It doesn’t allow me to click on the current payment
Thank you, I found out that because we’re on a “family plan” , the person that organized the family plan has to update payment from her phone only. Appreciate the response.

If you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove the old card.
