Screen problem (anti-reflective coating) MacBook Pro 13-Inch Early 2015

Hello, my name is Mike, and I have some screen problem with my MacBook Pro 13-Inch Early 2015 (model a1502 emc 2835).

The anti-reflective coating on the screen is wearing off leaving stains on the screen.

It looks like the anti-reflective coating appears to be wearing off under the pressure of the keys when the display is closed

And i know that Apple have screen replacement program, so i want to use it. Is it possible somewhere in Ukraine?
