i have tried pressing the Alt+option+control and power button but it’s not working

It sounds like you already did an SMC reset. However, we'd recommend double-checking the steps you used to complete that. View those here: How to reset the SMC of your Mac


You may have also seen these steps, but we'd recommend looking them over again too: If your Mac doesn't turn on
