My touch screen doesn’t work n can’t side to turn off how can I shut my iPhone off. And no I don’t want to restart I want the phone to shut off to be completely off NOT RESTART I don’t want it to turn back on I need it to stay off.

As mentioned...if your screen doesn’t work at all and you can’t navigate to any menus then the only thing you can do is let the battery die.

We understand from your post that you would like to power your iPhone off completely. Tap Settings > General > then scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Shut Down. This will turn your iPhone completely off.

If your touch screen doesn’t work you can’t turn off the phone. Even the suggestion from Alwayswantingtohelp1 won’t work if you can’t scroll or tap the screen.
