I am not explaining myself very well (my apologies for that)
The product is AirPods Pro
The product is faulty & today when I went to the Apple store they said the product was not registered with Apple. I puchased it from Qantas Store at same time as my iPhone (which is registered).
So I'm trying to verify online if the product is in fact registerd. When you log into Apple site it appears that AirPods do not show under "your devices"
So how can I check and see if guys at store got the serial number wrong
I want to know if Apple have my iPad Pro serial number registered

Apple are telling me in store that they are not listed as an apple device
Sorry there are lots of iPods but there's no iPod Pro from Apple.
