You can ask Apple but I suspect there is absolutely no way when it comes to gambling charges. The game is over; the winners are declared and the losers can't ask for their money back. Yes, Apple is the intermediary but I very, very, very much doubt the gambling organization will hand the money back to Apple to then give it back to you. Tough situation, sorry. Realize Apple's terms of purchase for most countries are effectively, "All Transactions are final" (check terms at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html ). Apple does refund on a case by case basis, but they can also refuse.
