Family sharing on iPad

Hi,

We have turned on Family sharing on my wife’s Apple ID and I have been included as a family member.

If I open the TV app on my iPhone, go to library, see the open family sharin and click on that, see my wife’s name and click on that and then the library of tv shows and movies appear.

if I repeat the process on my iPad; I open the TV app, I go to library, family sharing is showing in the left hand pane but in the right hand pane just sticks at loading.

Both devices have been updates and when I check in settings I can see family sharing is enabled and I’m a member of the family
