Microsoft Word and Excel not opening up now we have upgraded to Big Sure

Hi everyone,

I upgraded to Big Sur last week on my Macbook Air.

My excel (version 16.43) and word (16.37) now won't open and I don't get any error message.

I've checked the get info area and the apps aren't locked.

This is so annoying as they were working before the upgrade!
