Can’t browse Apple music

IT keeps showing loading since 2 days now .. I can’t browse songs on my Apple Music. I can only access songs in my library, but trying to browse new songs it’s been proving difficult .. pls help it’s urgent thank you

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having issues with the Music app on your iPhone.


There are a couple actions you can attempt that may help.


Quit the app- Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Force restart your iPhone


You can also try connecting with a different Wi-Fi network to see if that helps. If it loads properly on a different network, try rebooting your network router to see if that resolves the issue. 


Keep us posted on how it goes with those actions and if additional help is needed, we can continue to look for possible solutions.
