Address bar results selection

Hello all,

Recently started having an issue with Safari.

Whenever I type into the address and search bar, safari decides it doesn't want me to highlight any other result apart from the top one. Down key on the keyboard and hovering over other results work for about half a second before automatically highlighting the top result again.

Anyone else having the same issue? If so, is this a bug or can it be fixed ad-hoc?
