Yes I understand the dilemma. If I remember correctly my razer phone on android nine with Google voice assistant could open the lock screen to the Home Screen. I know voice manipulation is easy but with apple being apple, I have to wonder when? Thanks for the clarification.

Passcode is unbreakable. Once in the phone the bad guy has access to all your unprotected apps like email, whatsapp, contacts, calendar, your health data, DOB, Notes...
No. The padlock is open so maybe that’s the thing. Because that’s so I wanted it to do was open the phone. So maybe that is the confusion. I tried with the black screen and no luck but was finally able to open the phone while the y was set down.
No Siri cannot unlock a phone.

Siri does not have secure voice recognition unlike with FaceID which is much more secure.

Siri is not capable of voice recognition to unlock your iPhone. Currently using FaceID, finger print (on older models) and a passcode are the only ways to unlock your device.
Siri can open the phone from the lock screen I’ve done it repeatedly now. With Voice control on I just said “hey Siri open RBC” and the phone unlocked with RBC opened. So apple said “when”.

So you have the time to lock greater than “immediate” and it is still within the unlocked timeout. It is not locked!
