Help! I can’t get into my hotmail account.. I’ve lost all my emails... anyone else?

Nope. Hotmail working fine here.
Are using the default Mail App our Microsoft's own Outlook App?
Have you tried logging in to the outlook.com website?
If using the default Email app check Settings->Mail->Accounts->Hotmail->Mail Days to Sync and make sure its set to something not too short. If its set to say 1 day or 3 days, it may not have any current email to show from those days.
You can set it to 1 week or 1 Month.
