How do I update my MacPro M1 if I don't remember that particular password

Why some many Passwords for Apple? I'm constantly being asked for my password and since there is at least 3 separate passwords?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Unless you are doing something strange, there should only be 2 passwords you need to keep track of. Your Apple ID password which is used for purchases and access to the App Store, iCloud and other Apple services, and your actual computer's password which you use to log in to it from time to time when you reboot the computer or its been several days of logging in with TouchID and not using the password.

This password is also used to install updates.

It is entirely up to you to remember this password as you are the one who set it up when setting up the computer.

See here for ways to recover that password: link-> Change or reset the password of a macOS user account - Apple Support
