Canceling a subscription

I can't cancel a subscription. Quickshot/Lightleap by Lightricks. I clicked on the ACTIVE app under SUBSCRIPTIONS and it only gives me the option to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade, I want to cancel it. How do I go about it? Do I need to contact the company??

If it shows as expires on [Date] you migth have already canceled it.


To stop a subscription follow the steps in this guide:

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


When the subscription shows Expires on [Date]

That means the subscription is canceled.


If you are still unable to cancel the subscription:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
