In app purchases

I just downloaded a new app but to unlock most of the healing frequencies I need to make an in app purchase. I get a message saying in app purchases not available. Does anyone know why this would happen and who do I contact to fix this issue?

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
