Usually we call "passcode" the one we set up to unlock the screen of our iPhone/iPad (along with Face ID or Touch ID)

"Screen Time Passcode" is a sort of password to Allow / Not Allow restrictions we decide to use to protect parental controls and/or other features included in Screen Time.
