With the Comcast Connect App going away, I have the same issue. I set it up on my iPad just fine and it syncs. However, my iPhone isn't working the same and I don't understand why.

Comcast support is useless. 13 support people later, 7 hours on the phone explaining and re-explaining the issue and still unable to get emails. Comcast basically can’t help ..have you been able to resolve the issue. If so, how?
