whether I can use my watch in very low temperatures
I am travelling to a place which has temperatures below 0 degree and there is going to be lots of snow so will that affect my Apple Watch series 6 ?

Keep Apple Watch within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support lists the Apple recommendations.
IMHO, as long as the Watch is on the wrist you have nothing to be concerned about.
