Engraving
Hi guys,
I got an engraved iPad Air for my birthday.
Sent it in for repair but was advised I would be getting a replacement.
Will the replacement have my engraved message?

Your iPad, if replaced, is very unlikely to be engraved.
Replacement devices are normally reconditioned devices from repaired stock - but will be the same model and specification as that being replaced.
Device engraving, from Apple, is only available for new items direct from manufacturing (in China).
