Iphone 11 boot loop

so for some background i got this phone within the last few weeks because my old Iphone 8 fell into some liquid and stopped working for about a week. i got the new phone and thought i lost all my pictures on my old one (which there are around 2100 pictures on it). earlier i decided to check if my old phone would turn on and it did giving me access to the pictures so i backed it up on Itunes and ran the backup on my new phone. after the back up completed my new phone went into a restarting boot loop and it went black screen, apple logo, backlit black screen, black screen. my computer while not pick it up and it seems the only thing i can do is turn it off completely. id really like some help with this because im not going to pay someone to fix a phone that seemingly broke itself using your software as intended. i just want to use my new phone.
