How is it going? I bought an Iphone 11 pro max from a store. But I am presenting problems with my charging. I have been trying to contact the apple store in my country(Colombia) but they need a receipt in order to fix it throughout the warranty.

But the dude I bought it from is not contacting me back. I wonder if you guys could help me out

If you made the purchase from a store that is not an Authorized Apple Reseller, you will have to deal with that retailer to get a copy of your receipt. Generally you do not need a receipt for warranty work, however it would appear that your sale was not recorded, so Apple has not record of your device purchase. You will need to continue to try and work with the place you purchased the device from if Apple is requiring the receipt.
