Hello

Hello,

I bought my iPhone 11 9 month ago from tradeline Egypt and surprisingly 1 month ago my batterie percentage went down to 79% baring in mind that i never charge my mobile except with original apple charger .

i went to tradeline 2 weeks ago with my warranty to exchange my mobile with a new one they refused and they told me they will only exchange the batterie and now the spare part is not in egypt they requested it from apple usa and it will arrive from 4 to 6 weeks later this is not acceptable since i bought the mobile the there is something wrong with the charger and now the batterie and now i am waiting for a month and a half to repair the iphone sold to me like this. All my work is on the phone i go out with my charger and this a very very bad and terrible experience with apple and i am really upset from your quality and customer service level i think will switch to another brand as its not common to buy such expensive iphone that costs almost $1000 and to be damaged within 8 month and i have to wait with this damaged batterie another month.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

It is acceptable as they are offering to service the defective part per the Apple warranty. A defective battery only needs the battery replaced, not even Apple would replace the whole phone for that issue.

If you are unhappy with how long it will take them to get a battery I would check with other Apple Authorized locations to see if they may have a quicker turn around. You can find other locations from https://locate.apple.com/findlocations
