Delete "media" stored on Ipad

I have a iPad Air 2, software 14.4

I have only 7 GB available out of 32 GB - it shows that 25.3 GB is used.

I've offloaded/deleted any app that shows > 100 MB on my iPad under the General -> IPad Storage, and still "Media" takes up what looks like 14 GB of space.

How do I find and delete this Media stored on my iPad ???

Hello Kenda2006,

It sounds like even after deleting and offloading apps, you are still seeing a lot of Media taking up storage on your iPad.

Here's an article on this topic. Review How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

  • Under Content categories: "Media: Music, videos, podcasts, ringtones, artwork, and Voice Memos"
  • You can also follow "Use Finder or iTunes to check the storage on your iOS device" as it will show you storage used for Audio Video, Photos, Apps, Books and more. This could help isolate what is taking up media when looking at the bar graph on your phone.

Hope this information helps.

Have a good day.
