Can anyone explain me that what is the difference between American models and Middle East models iPhone 12 series , is American model 12 series iPhones will support 5g network in outside USA or not ?
The US models support mW 5G, the other models in the world do not. Yes they will support 5G in other parts of the world but warranty work will be expensive as you will have to return to the US to get it done.

Warranty is applicable in Middle East for American versions , I claimed already once in my xs two years ago
