To copy text on your Mac, there are a few different ways you can do this. You can use your mouse or trackpad to copy the URL of the webpage you are looking to share. Just highlight the URL or text you wish to copy, then right click and choose "Copy", then you can right click and choose "Paste" where you wish to put that text you copied.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts to do this. When you have the text selected you wish to copy, just press Command + C on your keyboard to copy, then press Command + V to paste in your desired location:

If you want to share the webpage itself directly through Email, Messages or any other available method, those options will display in the Share menu as shown in the screenshot you shared. you can see more detail on that here:
