what do use apple id and password

I'm new to Iphone and it keep asking for apple id and password...do I use entire icloud email and the password? I'm confused what it's asking for.

Go to Settings

Tap on your name

Under the name the email address is your Apple ID

Its what you set the phone up with.

Guard your password, it is the way into your stuff.
